Comme le rappelle , le PADD doit affirmer une ambition qui permette au plus grand nombre de bénéficier de l’attractivité de la Ville. Politiques d’aménagement, d’équipement, d’urbanisme, de paysage, de protection des espaces naturels, agricoles et forestiers, de l’habitat, des transports et déplacements, des réseaux…. « il est clair qu’il faudra sortir de la logique austéritaire dans laquelle nous sommes enfermés pour atteindre les objectifs énoncés ».
