Intervention de au conseil métropolitain du sur le rapport du Conseil de développement. Les élus communistes rappel l'utilié du conseil qui doit plus encore être ce lieu d'échange, de vivacité de l'expression citoyenne. La parole citoyenne, c'est aussi, celle que l’on n’entend pas, loin des relais institutionnels et associatifs, loin du verbe et de la langue qui est la nôtre ! Veillons donc ensemble à maintenir la diversité des contributions sans tomber dans le piège de la routine et de l’entre soi parfois préjudiciable !
