Budget primitif 2018 de Nantes Métropole

Intervention de au conseil métropolitain du sur le budget primitif 2018 et sur la « contractualisation » avec la préfecture qui imposée par l’Etat limite à 1,2% l’évolution de notre budget de fonctionnement, elle remet en cause un droit inscrit dans la Constitution : la libre administration. Soyons clair, les dispositions mise en place par le President Macron attaquent directement la démocratie locale.
